HDX Broadcast

HDX Broadcast

Ensure reliable, high-performance connectivity over any network

HDX Broadcast leverages the ICA remote display protocol to optimize the reliability and performance of hosted virtual desktops and applications over any network, enabling high definition user experience when accessed on the corporate network or from outside the corporate network for remote desktop access.

Optimized for WAN

Bandwidth and latency optimizations

HDX offers queueing and tossing, session reliability, latency mitigation and much more to deliver a local like user experience over low bandwidth networks.

Enhanced with Branch Repeater

Branch Repeater's Adaptive TCP flow control, compression and protocol acceleration.

Adaptive TCP flow control mitigates TCP performance penalties and maximizes bandwidth utilization. Adaptive compression reduces ICA bandwidth consumption by applying optimal compression techniques based on real-time conditions. Adaptive protocol acceleration provides intelligent acceleration of the ICA virtual protocol by sensing and responding to the network and traffic conditions. Traffic prioritization and QoS allows administrators to define rules that indicate which applications and ICA virtual channel traffic receive the highest priority.

HDX User Experience Demo

Some people believe that apps delivered with XenApp are not as good as installed apps. This video shows that XenApp provides a "better than installed" experience.

Queuing & Tossing

Queuing and tossing

Intelligently analyzes the queue of drawing commands and omits those that are not needed to provide an accurate, responsive display to the user.

Session Reliability

When accessing hosted applications in unstable network environments, the receiver and controller work together to maintain session operations.
